Sendsmaily - Estonian software, user friendly with A/B testing capabilities. Free up to 1,000 contacts per month. Probably the best value for money in the Baltics right now if you're not looking for something too fancy.

Others include: MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, iContact, ConstantContact etc.

Tools, that can handle marketing automation: Apsis Newsletter Pro, Compost, Lyris, Marketo etc.

I cannot response to your question directly but would like to point, that according to Estonian laws, the e-mail marketers must care, store and handle their customers letters of applications to receive marketing e-mails.

They need to care also about correct content of marketing e-mails, including options to unsubscribe from receivers list.

Ignoring these requirements, marketers can be accused, arraigned by Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate in max sum of EUR 3200.
